Data protection
The company is a registered data controller with POTRAZ under the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07] and has appointed a Data Protection Officer. The privacy notice sets out what the company collects and where it goes.
Governance
Claims sit with the party that holds them. A counterparty should ask to see that holder’s registration with the Ministry of Mines. Environmental and local authority approvals are obtained for each site. Where a design is required, an engineer registered with the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe and engaged for that project signs it.
