What is public, what is released under agreement, and what is produced in diligence.
The company holds three kinds of document, and this page says which of them a counterparty can see before signing anything.
What is public
Certificate of incorporation and entity summary. The Companies and Intellectual Property Office of Zimbabwe issued both on 18 November 2025. They are a public record, and a counterparty can check them with that office against the entity number on the compliance page.
The full profile
Company profile. The full profile covers the divisions, the licence positions and the growth plan. The company releases it under a non-disclosure agreement, because it carries licence numbers and commercial terms that belong in a counterparty’s hands rather than on an indexable page. The current edition is released on request.
Diligence documents
The company produces the rest in diligence, once a conversation is serious and an agreement is in place:
- Gold buying permit and its current standing with Fidelity Gold Refinery
- Tax clearance (ITF263)
- Environmental approvals where works require them
- The agreements under which the company works ground held by others, and the claim holder’s own registration with the Ministry of Mines
Audited financial statements follow a company’s first complete financial year, and this company was incorporated on 18 November 2025.
