Antony Dube is a co-founder and director of Dube & Shandukani Ventures, and he is Executive Chairman of the Bluefire Group. Under his leadership the Bluefire Group has established itself in Zimbabwe’s mining and industrial sectors. The group works in mineral extraction, infrastructure and construction, and resource trading.

At the Bluefire Group he has led acquisitions and run operations, and he understands Zimbabwe’s regulatory and investment landscape.

He has established relationships with the Ministry of Mines, Fidelity Gold Refinery and international commodity buyers. Those relationships give Dube & Shandukani Ventures institutional knowledge of that landscape.
