The company mines gold at Mazoe. It also mines chrome, which it beneficiates, and lithium, from which it produces lithium sulphate.

The three minerals
The company works three minerals, and it works lithium twice. Gold is mined at Mazoe. Chrome is mined and beneficiated, and the chrome page sets out that work. Lithium is mined, and lithium sulphate is produced from the ore. Both lithium lines are also brokered on the trading desk. Gold leaves the country through Fidelity Gold Refinery, and chrome and lithium leave through the Minerals Marketing Corporation of Zimbabwe.
The Mazoe ground
Mazoe lies in Mashonaland Central, about 40 kilometres north of Harare. The district has produced gold since the 1890s, and the Jumbo Mine in the same district has produced over 1.4 million ounces to date. The district has road access, grid power within reach, a workforce with experience of the work, and a formal buyer close enough to keep haulage short.
Dube & Shandukani Ventures mines under agreement with the party that holds the claims, so the title sits with that party. A counterparty should ask to see that holder’s registration with the Ministry of Mines. The processing plant is partial, so some stages of the chain are installed and part of the material is processed in-house. Environmental approvals attach to a specific site, and the company obtains each one when the works require it.

The partner’s share
You take a share of production against capital and plant, in that order. That is what this division offers. Completing the processing chain is the constraint, and it is a capital decision rather than a technical one.
Ground, figures and counterparties go to a partner under the non-disclosure agreement.
